Research Analyst / Trainee Trader
PROFILE:
- You will get the proper exposure/training in the US Equity Market, and learn insights about how it functions.
- You will sharpen your risk management skills and get a chance to apply them in live trading (simulation/demo) under the guidance of a mentor.
- For the first couple of months, you will master the theory and then, get the opportunity to experience real-time trading depending upon the market condition.
- Eventually, after 3 months of experience under a risk-free, simulated environment, you will take decisions based upon your independent analysis of the market.
- Even during your training period, you will be eligible to get incentives and pay-outs which will be significantly better than the industry standard.
- After completing 3 months of probation, you can become a trader.
- Timing: Monday to Friday | 5 PM to 2 AM
- Remote Facility to Work from Home will be provided after 3 months of successful onboarding with the firm.
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
- A graduate. Preferably with a commerce background but if you think you can do it anyway, go right ahead.
- You need to be present in Pune for 6 months to 1 year. Later, you will be allowed a remote facility based upon your performance and other parameters as per the management. The firm is not responsible to make any arrangement of accommodation.
