Training

Every trader at Equistar goes through an elaborate training phase where they learn about the real-world markets in a risk-free environment. Further, if there are any mistakes or incorrect approaches, they are addressed comprehensively.

The training phase includes a month of theory and simulation, followed by a 2-month live training to develop decision making and risk management.

Our belief is that the only way to grow is to learn new things. Equistar develops a mindset that is eager to learn and seek opportunities.

Growth

In addition to our training and a fostering work environment, we encourage individual growth in our employees as well. We urge them to learn new skills and find new avenues to grow in.

After the 6-month training session, the candidate will be assigned a mentor to enable further development in them. As the firm expands in other parts of the country, the remarkable employees may be offered management positions as well.

Every trader who joins us as an intern is eventually groomed to become an expert and earns well from their own risks and strategies.

Compensation

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We provide one of the highest pay-outs in the industry. Any compensation that we give is not aligned to the candidate’s sex, religion, or city.

The 3-month training period includes stipend, dinner and transport allowance. Post the training period, the candidate will earn exceptionally high incentives along with their salaries.
